BloomTix is a ticketing platform built to connect people with memorable live experiences while giving approved organizers a serious operating system for sales, access, communication, and finance.
One connected ticketing experience
Discovery, checkout, secure tickets, wallet passes, event-day validation, customer history, organizer analytics, notifications, refunds, seller balances, and payouts are designed to work from the same real transaction records. BloomTix avoids fabricated dashboards: financial values and ticket states are derived from actual platform activity.
Wallet-ready
Eligible passes can be delivered to supported mobile wallets after a verified purchase.
Seller trust
Invitation-only seller access, identity verification, and public organizer profiles.
Communication
Branded transactional email and realtime account notifications tied to actual activity.

Role-based access, two-factor verification, private identity evidence, and audited finance flows.
For organizers
Approved sellers can create events, configure tickets, publish organizer information, monitor orders and attendance, receive notifications, maintain payout details, request withdrawals, and build a public track record. Sellers may create up to three events before identity verification; approved verification removes that limit and displays the BloomTix verification badge.
For ticket buyers
Customers can browse events, buy tickets with or without an account, keep account-based purchase history, favorite events, receive notifications, review transactions, request eligible refunds, and access secure ticket records. Guest checkout is available for customers who prefer not to create an account.
Built around accountable money movement
BloomTix uses provider verification and an append-only ledger for financial operations. The default platform fee is 7% of paid ticket sales, though seller-specific commercial terms can be configured. Customers bear configured payment-provider processing charges, while sellers bear withdrawal fees. Seller withdrawals can be routed through the connected payout provider after account validation and threshold checks.
