BLOOMTIX REFUNDS

Refund Policy

BloomTix provides ticketing infrastructure for approved organizers. Refund eligibility depends on the event, the reason for the request, applicable law, organizer instructions, and whether a ticket has already been used, transferred, cancelled, or otherwise changed after purchase.

How refund requests work

For an order linked to your BloomTix account, open the order in My BloomTix and use the refund-request control when it is available. This creates a real refund request in the BloomTix finance system. Requests are reviewed before any provider refund is initiated. For guest purchases or cases where you cannot access the order, contact refund@bloomtix.com and include the purchase email and order reference.

Cancelled or materially changed events

When an event is cancelled, BloomTix and the organizer may provide refund instructions to affected ticket holders. If an event is rescheduled, moved, or materially changed, the organizer’s published policy and applicable consumer law may determine whether a refund is available. BloomTix can communicate and process an approved refund, but the event organizer remains responsible for the event itself.

Change of mind

Tickets are generally purchased for a specific event, date, venue, and ticket category. A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where the organizer permits refunds, the request must still satisfy the organizer’s conditions and any applicable time limits.

Processing times

Once a refund has been approved and submitted to the payment provider, processing time depends on the provider, the customer’s bank, card network, and payment method. BloomTix records provider status and does not mark money as returned until the provider reports the refund as completed.

Fees and partial amounts

Where permitted by law and the organizer’s policy, some provider or service charges may be non-refundable. Any amount approved for return is shown in the BloomTix refund record before provider completion. BloomTix does not fabricate or estimate refund completion.

Fraud, chargebacks, and abuse

BloomTix may investigate suspicious refund activity, duplicate claims, used tickets, altered credentials, or chargebacks. A ticket can be invalidated when a completed refund requires it. Fraudulent or abusive activity may lead to restrictions on an account or seller workspace.
