Copyright notice procedure

What a notice should include

Identify the copyrighted work, identify the BloomTix page or material you believe is infringing, provide enough information for us to locate it, and provide your name and contact details. State that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

Counter-notices and disputes

Where applicable, BloomTix may give the affected user an opportunity to respond. Copyright disputes can involve legal rights and factual questions that BloomTix cannot adjudicate privately. We may restrict access to disputed content while a matter is reviewed or where required by law.

Misrepresentation

Do not knowingly submit false infringement claims. A sender is responsible for the statements made in a notice and for complying with any legal requirements that apply to their jurisdiction.

Other intellectual-property concerns

Trademark, impersonation, counterfeit event listings, and other intellectual-property concerns may also be submitted through this channel. Clearly describe the right involved and the specific material at issue.
