Terms of Service

These launch terms describe the structure BloomTix is being built around. Final production terms will be reviewed before public payment processing is enabled.

Ticket purchases

Ticket availability is limited by the organizer's real inventory. A purchase is not complete until BloomTix receives confirmed payment from the configured payment provider.

Fees

BloomTix's launch commercial model uses a 7% platform fee on paid ticket sales. Payment-provider processing fees are borne by the customer, while withdrawal or payout fees are borne by the seller.

Seller access

Seller accounts are invitation-only. BloomTix may review, approve, suspend, or disable seller access based on platform policies, event compliance, risk, or legal requirements.

Wallet passes and event access

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are convenience representations of the underlying BloomTix ticket record. The authoritative ticket status remains the secure BloomTix platform record.
