BloomTix is designed to collect only the information needed to operate accounts, ticket purchases, event access, support, fraud prevention, and required financial records.
Privacy by design
Authentication and application data are separated by role and protected with row-level access controls. Payment credentials and platform secrets are never stored in public application code.
The production policy will identify processors, retention periods, regional rights, and contact details before public payment processing is enabled.
